This hotel is located near a train station, making it convenient to get around the city. the friendly and helpful staff definitely make you feel welcome. the clean and spacious rooms come with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms with high water pressure. the facilities provided, including a clean bathroom and good breakfast options, surpassed my expectations. I also enjoyed the amazing view of the city from my room.
The hotel could benefit from more attentive housekeeping.

Great food, comfy rooms, and prime location near BTS. Had a great city trip overall with fabulous food, comfortable rooms, and a prime location near public transportation. The food was delicious and varied, and the rooms were comfortable and tidy. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was located close to public transportation.

The cleaning fee was unexpected and not communicated clearly upon arrival, which was disappointing. Additionally, the WiFi was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to conduct business or stay connected with friends and family. while the hotel had its flaws, it was a decent choice for a city trip.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted with the excellent room service and the mouth-watering food served in the hotel restaurant. the location was superb, it was only a short walk to the shopping mall and train station. the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience.
The lack of cleanliness in the room, as the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the towels seemed dirty.
